Ram Cat Cellars is a fresh, new, local wine and bourbon bar that combines a comfortable speakeasy style with today’s latest technology in wine preservation, presentation and choice. Our goal was to create a unique and memorable environment and experience for friends, family and business associates to meet, relax and enjoy the best wines, bourbons, craft beers and food available.

Whether you are enjoying one of our delicious wines, bourbons, craft beers, small plates, tapas, charcuterie boards, flat breads or desserts you are sure to take your taste buds to new levels of stimulation and satisfaction.

Our name, Ram Cat Cellars Wine, Bourbon & Craft, was inspired by the local historical area and building we purchased to pay respect and honor our towns heritage. The name Ram Cat Alley came from large number of cats that frequented the many meat and fish markets located here in the early 1900’s. It is said that there were so many cats in the immediate area……

“You couldn’t ram another cat into the alley!”
